2. The learned counsel who entered appearance for the fourth respondent submits that the fourth respondent senior citizen is no more. It is further stated that the issues have been amicably resolved and that the property has also been sold. Nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
