ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs. 25,66,000/- by way of compensation to the petitioner for the death of her husband Mr.Vanaraj on account of electrocution.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 02.02.2023 seeking compensation for the death of her husband on account of electrocution. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2023 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
