This Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 10.04.2023, made in I.A.Nos. 10 and 11 of 2023 in O.S.No.47 of 2009 and I.A.Nos.12 and 13 of 2023 in O.S.No.23 of 2006 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Thiruchirappalli. ORDER : This Civil Revision petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the earlier order dated.16.02.2024 and 26.06.2024 and the Letter received from the III Additional District Judge (FAC), Tiruchirapalli in D.No.745 1/3

dated.06/11/2024 seeking further extension of time by five months, this court made the following order:- "The learned II and III Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Thiruchirappalli sent a letter, dated 06.11.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of suit in O.S.Nos.47 of 2009 and 23 of 2006 pending on his file, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 26.06.2024.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 06.11.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another four months time to dispose of said suit in O.S.Nos.47 of 2009 and 23 of 2006. Accordingly, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.Nos.47 of 2009 and 23 of 2006. "
