ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.05 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted this is the second anticipatory bail petition. There is no recovery from this petitioner and only based on the co-accused's statement, he has been roped in.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the first bail petition filed by the petitioner in CrlOP(MD)No.9566 of 2021 was dismissed by this Court on 27.07.2021 on the ground that the petitioner has involved in a similar other case, wherein he admitted his guilt. 4.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner that he is involved in similar offence, this the second anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
