Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to enter the petitioner's name in the computer chitta for S.No.354/1A with an extent of 0.40 cents besides fixing boundary for the same. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondent to enter her name in the computer chitta for Survey No.354/1A measuring an extent of 0.40 cents besides fixing boundaries for the same.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent on 08.11.2016 seeking for the very same relief and it is stated that the said representation is still pending. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law also after hearing the rival claimants if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
