now detained as "Goonda" at Trichy Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R

The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in C.No.36/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2024 dated 04.05.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, by name, Vetrivel alias Tino, son of Paramasivam, aged about 23 years now detained as "Goonda" at Trichy Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.3934, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 20.06.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
