ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Family Judge, Madurai to expedite GWOP.No.149 of 2020 and dispose of the same within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though pleadings have been completed and the case is ripe for trial, for want of time the GWOP is not listed for hearing.

3.The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not filed any proof affidavit and the respondent is always ready to co-operate for early disposal of the case.

4.In view of the above submission that pleadings have been completed and the case is ripe for trial, the trial Court shall dispose of the case in GWOP No.149 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
