ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused No.3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 131, 132 and 351(2) of BNSS, in Crime No.161 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.05.2025 in a temple festival, the accused intercepted wearing the political party towel and also stated that he belongs to an important caste. When the complainant who is the police personnel, requested not to raise any such praise before the Car festival with the identity of political party and caste name, the accused uttered abusive language and manhandled the police official who are Government Servant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Further, he would submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) would submit that the petitioner has intercepted the Car festival with political identity by praising his caste name and when the same was questioned, he abused the police officials and manhandled them thereby caused disrespect to the Government servant. Hence he would strongly oppose to grant relief to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner tried to intercepted the temple festival and also prevented the Government official from doing his duty, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
