************ [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that the respondents 1 to 5 are likely to grant a quarry license to the sixth respondent in S.F.No.270/2 near Sathanoor Kanmoi, South Santhanoor, S.Karikudi Post, 2/5

Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, the present Public Interest Litigation has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 not to grant the license.

2.Today, Mr.R.Alagu, Revenue Assistant, Taluk Office, Manamadurai, [Mobile No.9865444342] is present before us. 3.Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that S.F.No.270/2 is a patta land and it is not a Government land.

4.In the opinion of this Court, a Writ cannot be issued in anticipation that such a license is likely to be granted to the sixth respondent.

5.In the result, we find no merit in this Writ Petition, Accordingly, the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
