O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.5853 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 31.03.2022, in W.P.(MD).No.5853 of 2022, directed the second respondent therein, to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and proceed with the investigation. But, the respondent police did not comply with the said order. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that order of this Court have been complied with by registering a case in Crime No.22 of 2022 for offences under Sections 468, 471, 420, 120(b), 506(i).
