For Respondent : Ms.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4202/2019 vide its order dated 15/04/2019 which was subsequently extended in Crl.M.P.No.4701/2019 vide order dated 03/05/2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL MP(MD) No.4701 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4202 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL MP(MD) No.4701 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4202 of 2019 on 15.04.2019 regularly, and they pray for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL MP(MD) No.4701 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4202 of 2019 on 15.04.2019 is relaxed.
