ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.4259 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD) No.20924/2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.4259 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.20924/2018 dated 30.04.2019 regularly, and she prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court Crl.MP(MD)No.4259 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.20924/2018 dated 30.04.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month until further orders.
