ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to release the pending document No. P-13/2025 within stipulated time by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there is some technical problem to release the documents. They have sought the support of TCS institution to rectify the said technical problem. As and when the technical problem is solved, the document will be released.

3.This Court is recording the said submission. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's case and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
