Respondents Prayer :- This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to terminate the petitioner'sredundant pregnancy according to the Medical termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 and consequently direct the respondents to sent the products of conception of unborn foetus to anyone of the Forensic Laboratory for DNA testing and preserve the same for the purpose of evidence.
