ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file charge sheet/final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court in Crime No. 2 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has already completed the investigation and filed a report dated 21.12.2022 to drop further action and that recommendation was given to take departmental action and he has also produced the copy of the report submitted before the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
