This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in STC.No.2419 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that already the main case itself disposed of by the trial Court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
