ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.06.2022.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint against one Srinivasan and his wife, namely, Selvarani, for the same, the respondent police issued CSR.No.253 of 2022. After that, no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police is investigating the matter and the same is pending.
4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to 2/4
consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.06.2022 and take suitable action within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
