O R D E R

This writ petitioner has filed this Petition seeking orders for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to investigate the petitioner's complaint (CSR No.313 of 2022) dated 17.03.2022.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the complaint received through online, which was sent by the petitioner was enquired into and the petitioner as well as the third respondent entered appearance and agreed to approach the Court to settle their dispute and on that basis, the same was ordered to be closed.

3.But the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has only informed that he is going to file the present application before this Court and that since the respondent police has not taken any steps, he was constrained to approach this Court. 4.Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel 2/4

on either side, the petitioner is directed to prefer a fresh complaint before the second respondent and on filing of such complaint, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
