ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public prosecutor submits that the dispute is between the brothers and both of them had given in writing before the respondent police that they will approach the civil Court for relief.

3. In view thereof, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court and as and when any order is passed by the civil Court, thereafter, he can approach the police for protection.
