(MD).No.402 of 2023 by its order dtd.13.4.2023 for the deposit of arrears amount by two months or such time as this Honourable Court. Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 402/ 2023 :

To call for the records and to Set aside the order dt 13.12.2022 made in M.C.No.4/2018 on the file of Family Court, Madurai and allow the Revision and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEVARAJ R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.ANTONY ARULRAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5894 of 2023 in Crl.R.C (MD) No.402 of 2023, dated 13.04.2023.

2. This Court while granting interim stay has directed the petitioner to deposit the entire arrears amount on or before 08.06.2023 before the trial Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial crisis, he could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks further time.

4. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended till 07.07.2023.

5. Post the main case on 10.07.2023, 'for reporting compliance.'
