The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.2999 of 2021 pending on the file of VII Family Court, Chennai, and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Trichirappalli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that H.M.O.P.No.2999 of 2021 filed by the respondent before the VII Family Court, Chennai, has been withdrawn by him. Hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
