O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondent to not to harass the petitioner herein and his family members under the guise of enquiry relating to a civil dispute. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent against this petitioner enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and stated that in respect of the above said complaint, a suit in O.S.No.124 of 2004 was filed. Against which A.S.No.61 of 2008 was filed. That was also allowed. Against which C.M.A.(MD)No.501 of 2021 is also pending before this Court and stay was also granted. Therefore, that complaint was closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy through pending civil proceedings. 3.In view of the above said development, parties have to workout their remedy in pending civil proceedings. Since the complaint itself has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
