ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.113 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant who is the own brother with sickle. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Further, he would submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) would submit that the defacto complainant is still taking treatment in a private hospital. Hence he would strongly oppose to grant relief to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the defacto complainant is still taking treatment in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
