ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District to adhere the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18934 of 2018, dated 25.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though a direction issued by this Court directing the Court below to complete the proceeding in C.C.No.351 of 2016, as of now, no witnesses have been examined. Hence, the petitioner filed the present Criminal Original Petition seeking the aforesaid relief. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District to adhere the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18934 of 2018, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
