ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct respondents to produce the detenue namely Rabhiyathubasariya, D/o.Akbar Ali, aged 19 years, the petitioner's wife before the Hon'ble Court 2.It is seen that the petitioner got married with the detenue in the year 2014 and out of the wedlock they got one male child on 03.12.2016. Thereafter due to ill health she stayed in her parents house along with the male child. Thereafter on 14.06.2019, she called him to take her to their house. But on that day she was found missing. Hence he lodged a complaint on the same day and a case was registered in Crime No.78 of 2019 as Woman Missing.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) filed status report and submitted that the detenue namely Rabhiyathubasariya, D/o.Akbar Ali was found missing on 14.06.2019 and as such a crime came to be registered in Crime No. 78 of 2019 as Woman Missing on 05.07.2019. On investigation they found that the detenue eloped with one Dinesh Kumar of Trichy District due to earlier love affair. They are residing at Andhrapradesh and they are yet to trace them.
