For Respondent : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.781 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., Sections 4(1-A) and 4(1)(aaa) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Sections 5 and 6 of the Tamil Nadu Rectified Sprit Rules, 2000, in Crime No. 781 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in possession of 6 bottles, each containing 35 liters of liquor and they have also manufactured spurious liquor. Hence, the case.

CRL OP(MD). No.10395 of 2023 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is seen that this is the fifth applications for anticipatory bail and the petitioner's earlier four applications for anticipatory bail were dismissed by this Court. There is no change in circumstances of the case, even then, the petitioner without surrender, keep on filing the petition for anticipatory bail. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) payable to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
