ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in conjunction with and in continuation of order dated 04.09.2025, which reads as follows: "After some hearing, we find this is a matter to be finally decided. Hence, it is listed for out of turn hearing on 23.09.2025 under the caption for 'Early Hearing'. 2.The petitioner states that a statutory appeal has been filed before the Sub Collector, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District, challenging the order dated 27.06.2025. After ascertaining the convenience of the Sub Collector, the appeal be listed for hearing on Tuesday on 09.09.2025 at 11.00 a.m. The petitioner shall appear before the Sub Collector, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District at 11.00 a.m., without anticipating any further notice accompanied by all materials and documents in support of their appeal. After hearing them, orders shall be passed prior to 23.09.2025 and shall be produced on the next date of hearing.

Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of the respondent and Mr.Mohamed Ashfalk, learned counsel for Mr.T.Cibichakraborthy, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had appeared before the Sub Collector, Padmanabhapuram to pursue the statutory appeal and by an order dated 19.09.2025, the appeal has been rejected. 3.A copy of the aforesaid order has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner for onward transmission to the petitioner for challenge, should he so desire it. As far as the application for patta before Tahsildar is concerned, that was rejected on 27.06.2025. 4.With this and as nothing further survives, we confirm the impugned notice for eviction.
