2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would fairly submit that the entire rank list has been refixed and finalization of the rank list is the halfway through. If the petitioner is found eligible on its finalization, he will be called for counselling.

3. Recording the said statement, this petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
