ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the third respondent to include the S.No.136/3B in patta No.696 and Adangal in the Revenue Records.
2.According to the petitioner, her father in law purchased the property in S.No.136/3B on 12.08.1961 and later on settlement deed in M.R.4/195/5861, dated 19.01.2004 has been executed in her favour and the joint patta also reflects her family members and her name. While so, in the year 2015, the S.No.136/3B was removed from the revenue records. The petitioner in order to include the survey number in the patta and revenue records sent a representation to the respondents on 31.08.2017. But, so far no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
action has been taken by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking a direction to the respondent in respect of her claim.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to produce the documentary evidence in support of her claim before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such production, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2017, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and also to the interested parties, if any and pass necessary orders within a period of six weeks therefrom.
5.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
