ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to expedite the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.G5/35521/2016 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the properties in Survey Nos.80/4C2, 80/5B1, 9/1B, 10/5, 10/9A situated at Anaiyur village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, originally belongs to his grandfather and after his demise, his legal heirs including the petitioner are in possession and enjoyment of the properties in question. While so, the revenue records were manipulated and the patta was issued in favour of the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner in order to cancel the patta issued to the second respondent sent a representation dated 08.08.2016 to the first respondent who in turn issued notice in Na.Ka.No.G5/3551/2016 dated 22.08.2016. However, thereafter no order has been passed till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking appropriate direction to the first respondent.
