Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings in O.Mu.No. 4950/A1/2016 dated 30.01.2017 and quash the same and further direct the 1st Respondent to appoint the 2nd petitioner in the Elementary school Education Department, on compassionate ground, considering the petitioners representation dated 09.12.2016.
