[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to secure his daughter, namely, Bhuvaneshwari, aged about 30 years and grandchildren, namely, Padhunya, aged 6 years and Harini, aged 2 1⁄2 years, both daughters of Rajivgandhi, produce them before this Court and set them at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged missing girl has now returned back to home along with her children and therefore, no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is closed. [A.D.J.C., J.] [K.R.S., J.] 18.07.2024 NCC :
