ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife praying to withdraw the case in HMOP No.50 of 2023 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Oddanchathiram and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District. 1/4

2.The said prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent/husband. He would submit that already pleadings are over in the month of January and now the petition is filed. 3.Considering the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application that the wife is residing at Devakottai and that already a petition filed by her in the HMOP No.46 of 2024 is also pending on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai, I am of the view that the transfer civil miscellaneous petition deserves to be allowed. 4.Accordingly HMOP No.50 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Oddanchathiram, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, to be tried along with HMOP No.46 of 2024. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
