O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's husband was working in the fourth respondent temple. He reached the age of superannuation on 30.06.1995 and he passed away on 28.07.2012. The case of the petitioner is that his pensionary benefits have not been settled till date.

3. Since the matter is being disposed of at the admission stage itself, it is not proper for me to go into the merits of the matter. It is stated that the fourth respondent had sent a proposal on 21.05.2012 and again on 10.12.2021. 2/5

4. Respondents 1 to 3 are directed to process the same as expeditiously as possible. The first respondent shall pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
