Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that there appears to be a rival claim.

3. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
