ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent police herein to file a charge sheet in Crime No. 156 of 2022, dated 11.08.2022 on the file of the respondent herein as against the accused within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that FIR has been registered in Crime No.156 of 2022, on 11.08.2022, but, so far, no recovery has been made for the missing of 2.50 sovereigns of gold jewels and the investigation of the case is also pending.

3. The Investigating Officer is present before this Court and stated that accused is not available in the village and he went for job to some other place.

4. Missing of gold jewel is involved, let the proper investigation be conducted by the respondent police and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
