Seeking agricultural loan for the year 2017-2018, the petitioner submitted representations right from 24.06.2017 followed by reminders upto 09.10.2017. Since the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Government decided to provide agricultural loan to the eligible farmers without considering the previous loan dues, but the sixth respondent is acting against the policy decision of the Government. The learned counsel has also brought to the notice of this Court G.O.No.6 dated 10.01.2017 to that effect. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the petitioner is a Sangam and the representation, if any, submitted by an individual will be considered by the respondents.

5.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the sixth respondent to consider the representation, if any, filed by any individual and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
