O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the Petitioners representation dated 22.4.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of Crime No.89 of 2023. Because of the non mentioning of the accused names in the FIR they are not in position to file joint compromise memo. Whatever it may be let them file the joint compromise memo. Till then the enquiry process undertaken by the respondent police be kept in abeyance.

3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
