ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation seeking Certificate from the first respondent that the site in question can be registered and that there is no need for regularising the same. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced a copy of the Certificate bearing Na.Ka.No.1484/2022/A1 dated 26.05.2022 issued by the Block Development Officer, (Village Panchayats) Papanasam, Thanjavur District on similar lines.

3. No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. Without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 01.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No mga 2/4
