Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 17.06.2015 in R.O.O.No.276 / 2015, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service along with all other monetary benefits within the time frame stipulated by this Court. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 17.06.2015 in R.O.O.No.276 / 2015, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service along with all other monetary benefits. 2.Heard Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.This Court, by order dated 27.10.2017 following the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India Through its Secretary and another [2015 (7) SCC 291], directed the respondent to consider the representation dated 28.07.2017 made by the petitioner for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
revocation of suspension and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner on or before 10.11.2017.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits today that by order dated 03.11.2017, the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked and the copy of the same has been produced.
5.Recording the same, as nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
