ORDER

The Civil Revision is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.276 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2018, dated 03.04.2019 on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Ambasamuthiram, granting interim maintenance. 1/3

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,07.02.2024), the learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the main petition in H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2018, itself was dismissed for default for non prosecution on 02.12.2021 and as such nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
