RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ PETITIONER Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to call for the records relating to the order dated 12.04.2022 in Crl.A.No. 73 of 2018 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thiruchirapalli and the order dated 25.05.2018 in STC No. 322 of 2017 on the file Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANTONY ARUL RAJ.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.ARUMUGAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- By the order dated 13.09.2022 and 30.09.2022, the petitioner was directed to deposit 5 % of the cheque amount as penalty to the credit of the High Court Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench. It is stated that the above said order has been complied by the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the balance amount that has already been deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court, as per the compromise arrived between them.

3.Permission Granted, the trial Court shall refund the above said deposit made by the petitioner by following the due procedure of law, to the respondent.

4.This Petition is closed.
