ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent Police is harassing him. He further submitted that regarding civil dispute, already, two suits were filed before the learned Principal District Munsif, Theni, Theni District and the suits were ended in favour of the petitioner herein. Despite the same, the first and second respondents herein are interfering with the petitioner's possession and thereby harassing the petitioner. Aggrieved over the same, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent Police and the same was closed as the dispute is civil in nature.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the complaint has already been closed, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the first and second respondents are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the parties.
