ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant gun man police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2019, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2019 and pass order on merits in accordance with law, within a period of Six Weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3. With the above directions the Writ Petition is disposed off. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
