ORDER

This criminal revision case has been filed against the order passed by the District Judge, Karur in Crl.A.No.85 of 2019, dated 06.04.2022 1/3

confirming the order dated 15.07.2019 passed in M.C.No.14 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai. 2.The learned counsel on either submitted that compromise has been reached between the parties, by which, the respondent agreed for reunion with the 1st petitioner and now they are living together. They have filed a compromise memo to that effect.

3.In view of the compromise reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. This criminal revision case is disposed of as per the terms of compromise. The terms of compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
