ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner during the field inspection of the lands belonging to the petitioner and his family members so as to submit necessary documents and explanations to the respondent before finalising any report regarding the petitioner and his family members' lands by considering his representation dated 21.05.2025. 2.Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that though the plight of the petitioner is that he should be put on notice while inspecting the fields belonging to him and his family members, he is also objecting to the department from inspecting the adjacent lands, where illegal quarrying is undertaken, for which the petitioner do not have any locus standi to do the same.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner categorically submitted that all his concern is only with respect to his land and he is not inclined to raise any objection as far as the inspection which is scheduled to be conducted by the department in the land belonging to third party.

Recording the said submissions, this Court hereby direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.05.2025 and provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner during the field inspection of the lands belonging to him as well as his relatives, more particularly, his son, namely, Karpurasundarapandian and his son-in-law, namely, Vinoth Kumar. It is made clear that the petitioner will not make any objection for the inspection conducted in any other lands, other than the lands of petitioner, his son and his son-in-law.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 28.05.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sn 3/5
