3.The learned senior counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, now submits that since the respondent police have filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, he sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to challenge the charge sheet. 2/4

4.Considering the circumstances, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn while giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
