ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second Respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner to construct compound wall comprised in R.S.No.300/6 admeasuring 9 1/5 plus 15 cents, 300/9 admeasuring 12 cents and 300/10 admeasuring 5 1/2 cents of Reethapuram Village,Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that both the petitioner and the third respondent appeared before the respondent Police and compromise reached between them. The third respondent assured that he would not disturb the construction of compound wall in the above said land and hence requested the respondent Police, not to persuade the complaint given by the petitioner. Based on the above, the complaint was closed. 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
