This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to change the investigation from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on enquiry, the second respondent has examined witnesses and the Doctor also gave a Postmortem Certificate stating that the deceased died due to the rabbis infection sustained by him and due to failure of the treatment. Therefore, no one involved in the death of the deceased Thirubharathilingam. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed as "Further Action Dropped" and the same has been closed. 2/4

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed by the second respondent Police.
