PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner in any manner.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3, not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.156 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the petitioner was working as Agent in the Petrol bunk run by the fourth respondent. In the process, there was a balance amount of Rs.1,40,000/- to be paid, because of non-payment of the aforesaid amount the fourth respondent herein has given the complaint and also found that it is an agency dispute between the agent and proprietor, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

so on the ground it was closed on 21.08.2021, on the basis of the statement given by the fourth respondent herein that he will work out his remedy before the appropriate civil forum. Recording the statement of the fourth respondent the aforesaid enquiry has been closed.

3. Since the enquiry has been closed nothing survives in this petition for further consideration and for further direction.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
